A blitz assessment of the unit’s operations, including analysis of each office, comparisons across offices, and benchmarking against competitors was conducted. A series of technical options offering a wide range of risk-reward profiles and strategic impacts were presented. For each solution, SBR provided an overview, an action plan, and a guide to measuring its success, providing executive management a head start on implementing the required changes. Renewal — Proposal Cycle SupportSBR assisted a leading North American transportation company with the design and construction of an RFP governing the importation of vehicles from the United States. Working with management and staff, SBR produced a 60-page work plan on responding to a governmental RFP complete with a full suite of figures, exhibits and appendices. In addition, competitor analysis on other potential bidders was supplied. This project resulted in the successful re-bid for a multi-million dollar contract. Road Map — IT Project Management SupportSBR was contracted by an international transportation and logistic services company to provide project management support for a Warehouse Management Module and Web-Based Track & Trace Module Development and Implementation initiative. Working closely with key internal staff, SBR assisted the successful delivery of the module and recruited IT programmers for advancing the company’s IT strategic plans. Inter-view — Leadership and Executive Management ReviewSBR provided personality profiling and psychometric assessment of staff for the succession planning and team-building initiative at a leading transportation and logistics company. Efforts included—testing/assessment, interviews, staff profiling, portfolio analysis, mapping, and recommendations. Assessment tools included—IQ, Emotional IQ, personality traits and performance feedback through a 360° appraisal. |
