Cyber-Strike — Strike Management Support for a National RetailerSBR prepared a highly-secure computerized strike management manual. Work drew upon similar materials drawn from other U.S. and European IR jurisdictions. The manual was built on-the-run, during a strike targeting several of the chain’s flagship stores. Issues included: staff communication, public relations, store security, logistics, supply chain integrity, counter intelligence. Reference texts and handbooks were encrypted and included self-destruct and key word-search capability at multiple security levels. Snowflake — Weather Derivative StrategyWeather risk mitigation, across a 300+ store general merchandiser. SBR developed a business case-driven methodology for risk sharing attached to variations in consumer buying behaviour prompted by weather conditions. |
