Immunity — Network Security Assessment

To obtain compliance with U.S. FDA guidelines, the production arm of a major biopharm interest sought to identify system security risks. SBR's electronic counter-intelligence team conducted high-level, external network scans and delivered recommendations. During the project, the SBR team ensnared a hacker in the network and halted their progress, while closing off the intruder’s access point.

Hire Ground — HR support governing the recruitment of over 40 staff

An international biopharm manufacturer needed to hire a national sales force to launch a new product. SBR's HR practice provided full-cycle recruiting support. Work included-sourcing candidates, coordinating head-hunters, vetting applicants, conducting telephone interviews, setting up interviews, preparing and tracking applicant dossiers, providing reference checks, establishing candidate FMV.

Lab Partner — R&D Lab Process and Systems Optimization

An international biopharm company needed to map and optimize administrative processes related to its QC labs. This review developed metrics and standard reporting practices. KPIs and related reporting frameworks were developed in the context of a balanced performance scorecarding environment.

A regional hospital needed to improve surgery scheduling practices. SBR was contracted to analyse historical data and produce an optimised scheduling model.

Kick Start — Implementaton Support

A vaccine developer contracted SBR to assist with business process improvement implementation. Efforts included—prioritization, selection, validation, implementation support governing KPIs and key process recommendations to improve the product development cycle.

Topic of Cancer — Process Analysis

A key regional hopistal was launching its Cancer Care program and wanted to ensure it was employing best practices. SBR was brought on board to provide methodologies for the assessment of the program, benchmark its governance models, and analyze recommendations for process improvement and program management initiatives.
