Just Image'n — Image Technology Pilot

A major Canadian bank prepared to launch a check-imaging pilot. Among the critical success factors identified in rollout was project management. SBR provided support related to the integration of the new technology within an existing data processing environment. The business case supporting the proposed technology was also validated.

Trade Routes — Process Assessment and Engineering

After the acquisition of a brokerage boutique, the securities branch of a global insurance company sought to increase process and product capacity. SBR provided—project facilitation, process mapping and documentation, workflow analysis, critical path monitoring.

Search Party — Full-Cycle Recruiting

One of North America's largest banks urgently needed to fill key positions in its Finance Division. SBR helped define positional descriptions and associated salary ranges.
