Genesis — Strategic Planning Full Cycle Support

SBR consolidated, reviewed, and analyzed tens of thousands of documents for strategic significance. Assembling leading thinkers from across the world, SBR then conducted a 3-day planning session of 15 planning workshops and 3 retreats. This session surveyed over 250 issues across 300 managers, and was followed-up by a 10-day division-level planning cycle culminating in Skunk Tank sessions. The audit produced a methodology handbook (275 pages); strategic plans for 10 divisions, an environmental audit (300 pages); a Strategy Playbook; and board-level debriefings.

Working closely with key client design engineers, SBR assessed competing web-response technologies to establish needed levels of product rollout funding. Key market segment sizes, trends, critical drivers, associated risks were assessed. A preliminary strategy for the full rollout of a re-engineered product suite was developed.
