    Field Sales: SBR requires polished sales people to highlight our expertise and services in the local geography in which we operate (e.g. GTA, GWA). To be considered you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to absorb complex information quickly, hold 2+ years' experience in outside sales and an undergraduate degree.

    Manager, Sales: This position demands a dynamic, seasoned sales professional to manage and coach our sales force.     Sales Coordinator: SBR's Sales Coordinator's are part of a winning team of professionals charged with the task of capturing business opportunity. You are a natural communicator and a team player. You will provide marketing support and target account lead generation across select sectors and accounts. Successful candidates will have prior experience performing an inside sales function and possess strong communications skills. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree and intermediate-level MS Office skills. Significant outbound telephone work is required.

    Proposal Specialists deliver front-face communications to those we serve. In this role you will compose, revise, and process sales proposals and marketing communications. Flawless communication skills and an attention to detail are critical. Success in this role dictates that you will be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. You will have an undergraduate degree, superior knowledge of MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint) and at least 2 years business writing experience.

The successful candidate will possess a graduate degree together with 5+ years’ of applicable work experience. However, the nature and range of your accomplishments will also be taken into consideration.

    Research Analyst: You are responsible for designing and deploying a wide array of investigative techniques needed to assemble data and source from which analysis can begin. The ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines is critical. A graduate degree in statistics, the social sciences or a related discipline is required along with a minimum of 3 years research experience.

    Business Analyst: You role is to provide the “footwork” and investigative insight needed in supporting critical business decisions. With strong problem solving skills, you are a team player and have the ability to communicate effectively. A graduate degree is preferred along with the drive for excellence and a minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience.

Vital to this role is the ability to handle sensitive and confidential material without compromise. You should have outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure. An undergraduate degree, advanced MS Office skills and keen attention to detail are a must. Multi-lingual candidates and those with legal office experience are preferred.
