Staff

SBR’s staff is comprised of highly-educated and talented professionals whose average age is 32. Most of our lead staff have over 7 years of university training and hold 2 or more graduate degrees. Many have taught at the university level. Most are multilingual with formal training abroad. All staff must engage in at least one hour of disciplined, company-sponsored self-development each week.

A diversity of disciplines is represented: economics, finance, education, engineering, law, statistics, linguistics, cognitive science, epistemology, political science, mathematics, physics, chemistry. 80% of our management have had doctoral training and have been associated with us for over 5 years. Management’s average age is 44.
